Bio

Leonard A. Williams, Ph.D. is a higher education leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing student success and career readiness. He served for nearly a decade as Director of the Career Management Center at the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he led career education and employer engagement initiatives supporting undergraduate, MBA, and specialty master’s students. At Tulane, Dr. Williams managed more than 50 programs annually and a multidisciplinary team. He created and scaled signature initiatives such as Tulane Takeovers, connecting over 1,000 students with 2,000 alumni for mentoring and career exploration. His leadership in employment outcomes reporting resulted in a consistently high employment rate within 180 days of graduation among MBA completers.
